When Bougie Brats issues refunds, replacements or remakes for damaged and incorrect orders.

This policy is a starting template — have your attorney review it before launch.

Damaged in transit

Send photos within 7 days of delivery and we will replace damaged items at no cost.

If your box is missing an item or an item does not match your order, we ship the correction immediately.

Personalization fees, custom design fees, rush processing and shipping charges are non-refundable once production has begun.
