What we collect
We collect the information you give us to create a box: your name, email, phone, shipping address, and the child details you enter (first name, age or grade, colors, interests, and optional photos).
We do not ask for a child's last name, school name, address, or birthdate, and we ask you not to provide them.
How we use it
Child information is used only to design, produce and ship your order, and to support you if something needs to be corrected.
We never sell child information, and we never use a child's photo in marketing without separate written permission.
Who can see it
Access is limited to authorized Bougie Brats staff and production partners who need it to complete your order.
Your choices
You may request a copy or deletion of your information, including uploaded photos, at any time by contacting us.
