Made to order
Personalized products are created specifically for your child and cannot be resold. For that reason, custom items are final sale.
Changes after ordering
We can usually update personalization details within 12 hours of your order, before production begins. Contact us as soon as possible.
Our mistakes
If we misspell a name or produce something different from your submitted specification, we remake it at no cost.
